We prepare young people for careers in emergency medical services. 

During the 5-month program, students are paid a stipend as they receive life coaching, fitness training, mentorship from professionals working in the field, EMT training and study support.  After graduation, students receive support finding a job in a field that excites them.
The program experience combines:
  • Curriculum designed around students' skills and abilities
  • Supports designed to position students for success
  • Assistance finding jobs after graduation 
Applicants should be aged 18 to 26 reside in Alameda County and have a high school diploma or GED.
