Minimum requirements for applicants

High school diploma or equivalency if possible
Aged 18 to 26
Have a valid driver's license
Able to meet the State of California EMS Bureau EMT Background Guidelines.

We prepare young people for careers in emergency medical services.

During the 5-month program, students are paid a stipend as they receive life coaching, fitness training, mentorship from professionals working in the field, EMT training and study support. After graduation, students receive support finding a job in a field that excites them.

The program experience combines:

Curriculum designed around students' skills and abilities
Supports designed to position students for success
Assistance finding jobs after graduation

Applicants should be aged 18 to 26 reside in Alameda County and have a high school diploma or GED.
